We are a consortium of professionals with over ten (10) years' experience in the construction industry, driven to deliver on real estate, construction and qualitative human capital development.

Hand of God is a consortium of professionals with over ten (10) years' experience in the construction industry, with a keen drive to deliver projects on real estate, construction and qualitative human capital development, and to provide leadership that enhances project management.
Studies show that about 65% of mid‑income earners in Nigeria do not have access to decent housing of their own, thereby lacking a basic necessity for comfortable living. Given this challenge, Hand of God Construction Company, in collaboration with its subsidiary Hand of God Investment Cooperative Society Limited, has established a workable framework to address the housing problem by providing affordable housing for mid‑income earners in Nigeria.
Our willingness to constantly innovate and deliver within contract terms, without the constraint of resources, has enabled us to conclude projects around the South East of Nigeria to the satisfaction of our clientele.

Hand of God Construction Company Limited was formed by a consortium of professionals who have accumulated over ten (10) years' experience in Nigeria's construction industry. Over that time, the company has grown into a duly registered member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), and — working alongside its subsidiary, Hand of God Investment Cooperative Society Limited — has gone on to conclude housing projects across the South East of Nigeria, extending its estate portfolio into Abuja, Asaba, Anambra, Owerri, Umuahia and beyond.
